May 30th:
Another long day of driving. We finished New Mexico and Texas and began to drive through Oklahoma today. We have one more full day of driving to go! It has been a great trip, but we are excited to be home. As Ashley is driving I am sifting through pictures and video that we have taken. We will be posting a lot more content on to our Facebook page in the coming days as our technology is finally working correctly (after the whole trip) and I have some spare hours. One more day on the DrinkNoEvilTour.May 31st:
This was our last day driving…and it was a long one. We left our Motel at 9am and arrived home at about 2am the next morning. We have had a fantastic trip. There was so much to see along the way and we were so fortunate to have the opportunity to experience what we have. Promoting Adina Holistics was fun for us. We enjoyed looking for opportunities to take pictures, shoot video and reach out to people about the product. I can’t think of anything that I would have rather done the last 3 weeks. Though the official DrinkNoEvilTour road trip is over, we will continue to post content to our Facebook page. Thank you to all that have followed us on this journey and a special thanks to Adina Holistics.

Manny and the crew went to Hollywood today. There were a lot of picture opportunities of Manny on the strip. We handed out coupons and some t-shirts in front of the Chinese theater. There was a Superman impersonator that was very exuberant about Adina Holistics…and we got it on video. We also hit Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills. We walked around with Manny on our shoulders and received many inquisitive glances as to whether or not he was real. Manny has a taste for the good life. We spent the rest of the day with friends in Studio City Los Angeles. The weather is not really cooperating with us here. People have been more receptive to receiving coupons and other promotional materials here than in Vegas. This is understandable since there are a lot of people passing things out on the Vegas strip:May 27th:
We spent much of the day in Santa Monica today. The weather was still not nice, but it got better as the day progressed. The Santa Monica Pier is a lot of fun; arcades, rides and cool performers. We watched a man play guitar with his feet because he had no hands…and he was really good! We walked around for a few hours and ate some really good food. We went back to Studio City to prepare for the night. Being fond of live performances, the night was spent at a dueling piano bar. The performers were very talented. The night was great save a man that we saw have a reversal of fortune in the middle of the place. He could have used some Adina Holistics to balance that evil out.May 28th:
This was our last day before our long drive home. We spent the day in San Diego. The drive to San Diego was terrible…needless to say we hit LA traffic. Luckily Adina Holistics was there to balance out that evil! San Diego was beautiful and the weather was great. We got some more great pictures of Manny and handed out the last of our t-shirts. We also did some taped interviews about Adina, but they didn’t turn out all that well. We also passed out the bulk of our remaining coupons. The evening was spent at Ocean Beach. We met some friends there and relaxed for a few hours before heading back to Los Angeles. The last day of shenanigans before a 4 day drive to Michigan.May 29th:
We left later in the morning hoping to avoid to straggling holiday traffic. We succeeded and for the first time had relatively no traffic around LA. The weather in LA hadn’t been nice, until we left. It was sunny and hot at 9 in the morning. The drive was uneventful and long. Our first stop for sleep was in New Mexico. We have a couple of long days ahead of us.

The Drink No Evil Team has been jotting down their road trip. Read their experience here:
Tuesday, May 18th
We experienced every type of weather condition while driving from Wheatland, Wyoming to Grand Junction, Colorado. We stopped in Denver to visit a friend and take photos with monuments and statues around town. Unfortunately it started to rain, so our day there was cut short. While driving to Grand Junction, we drove through a canyon which had beautiful sites. When passing through Vail, we drove through snow and sleet. The sites were beautiful, though we were disappointed that there was limited time to be spent outdoors. We arrived to Grand Junction and stayed at the Grand Vista Hotel. It isn’t as grand as it sounds, but it was better than the Vimbo’s Motel we experienced the previous night. Upon arriving to the grocery store in Grand junction, we realized that my back tire had just ran over a nail. This was an unfortunate ending to the night. We hung out in the hot tub for the rest of the evening and shared stories with other travelers. They are curious to see how the rest of our adventure unravels and are now interested in Adina and Holistics.
Thursday May 20th
We had to get our flat tired repaired before we left Grand Junction in Colorado. The drive was great. There was amazing scenery and fun stops along the way. We stopped at a few “view stops” to climb rocks and take pictures of the product and Manny. We also drove through a small town that had 2 Sheriff cars with human sized dummies in them to deter speeding. It was awesome, we stopped and took pctures with the fake police. The most exciting part of this drive was our unexpected stop at Kanab Utah. There is a Little Hollywood attraction there. Many old Western movies were shot at this location and the sets were all preserved. We met a tour bus full of people from Australia and we educated them about the product and gave out some t-shirts and samples. We arrived at our campground late at night, roasted hot dogs using a sword as a skewer, boiled Spaghettio’s over the fire and went to bed for the night.Friday May 21st
One of the air mattresses went flat on Thursday night so two of the travelers didn’t get a lot of sleep. The campsite was very windy and we had to hold our tent down with rocks. We searched for the lake by our campground, but it was very poor. So we took the advice of the Visitor’s Center and traveled top Lee’s Fairy on the Colorado River. On the way we stopped at a site called Cliff Dwellers. It had amazing rock formations and stone structures. We climbed for a while and took some great pictures. At Lee’s Fairy we swam in the river, which was freezing, and hiked a couple of mountain trails. It was about 85 degrees outside during the day, compared to 35 degrees at night. We roasted more hot dogs at the campsite and shot some night video of us playing. At this point three of the four travelers are beginning to get cold symptoms.
May 22nd
We spent the day at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon during the day. We spent a good amount of time in the Lodge there attempting to upload pictures and perform some social media updates, but the internet was very bad. It was extremely windy so we left the canton early and went back to the campsite. We ate roasted hotdogs for the last time. The day was still early, the weather was cold and windy and we didn’t have much to do, so we left for Las Vegas a night early. We stayed in the Fitzgerald on Fremont (Old Vegas). It was Ashley and I’s first time in Vegas. We went out and walked Fremont for a little while but turned in early as we are spending the next 2 days in Vegas.May 23rd
We spent the morning promoting on Fremont Street (Old Vegas). We passed out shirts, coupons and stickers. We got some good footage of people from Vegas yelling “show me the monkey”. After that we left for “The Strip” where the main Vegas hotels and casinos are. We are staying at the Imperial Palace, sounds really nice but it is very cheap. We spent the day walking the strip and seeing attractions. We also gorged ourselves in the world’s largest buffet. A really cool thing is that we saw the Australian tourists that we had met in Kanab Utah at Little Hollywood. They were excited to see us and we took some more pictures. They also said that they would upload some pictures that had taken with their Adina shirts since we had seen them last. A highlight for us was that we witnessed a Cash Cab filming…it was awesome! To get more exclusive news and pics on the DrinkNoEvil Tour, become a FAN on Facebook! The DrinkNoEvil Tour!
Posted in Uncategorized with tags Adina, Adina for Life, Adina Holistics, DrinkNoEvilTour, Monkey, Organic on May 24, 2010 by adina4lifeMeet Jordan, Chrystall, Ashley, and Adam: the DrinkNoEvil Team!
These guys have embarked on a road trip from Michigan to Los Angeles stopping at different landmarks and spreading the word about Adina Holistics! And along with them is Manny the Monkey–because Adina’s the real deal! It’s no monkey business!
Adam has been jotting down their journey. Here’s a recap of their trip so far:
Friday May 14th
Set up for cross country road trip starting from East Lansing Michigan and ending at Los Angeles California. Arrived in Chicago Illinois Friday night. Went out and ate Chicago deep dish pizza in Lincoln Park area. Stayed in first night and played card games and prepared for next day.Saturday May 15th
Spent the morning and early afternoon in downtown Chicago. Visited Navy Pier, the Bean and other downtown areas. Placed stickers throughout the downtown area. Took pictures with Manny (our stuffed monkey) throughout downtown. Passed out some t-shirts and buy one get one free coupons. Videotaped a family that was very excited about Adina and the “Show Me The Monkey” phrase. Found $20 on the ground at the end of our time downtown, which covered our cost of parking. We attributed this to the good karma provided by promoting Adina Holistics. Drove to Minneapolis Minnesota that afternoon. Arrived there late that night. Went out for a couple of hours in Uptown area.Sunday May 16th
Spent the day in downtown Minneapolis. Videotaped Larry from Minneapolis singing an improve song about Adina Holistics. Took pictures throughout the city with Manny and bottles of Adina Holistics. Passed out t-shirts, stickers and buy one get one free coupons in the city. Placed Adina stickers throughout the city as well. Spent the night in Minneapolis.
Monday May 17th
Left Minneapolis early in the morning for Mount Rushmore National Park in South Dakota. Along the way we stopped at many attractions. We stopped a Jellystone campground and took pictures with Yogi the Bear and Boo Boo. We also bought firecrackers and played on a giant “bouncing pillow”. We also stopped at Corn Palace, which is a giant attraction decorated inside and out completely by corn. Then we drove the scenic route through the Badlands. Here we took many scenic pictures with Manny and the product. We chased some rabbit around and visited a giant prairie dog. Then we stopped at Wall Drug, another tourist attraction. It was essentially and old west type town attraction. We camped that night in Mount Rushmore Shadows Resort. It was Chrystall’s first night camping. We ate hot dogs roasted over a fire using a metal sword as a skewer and made smores with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.Tuesday May 18th
Spent the day seeing attractions in the Black Hills National Forest of South Dakota. First we visited Mount Rushmore. Here we passed out some t-shirts and stickers to tourists. We videotaped some of them, including an elementary school class saying “show me the monkey”. Then we took a tour of Rushmore Cave. This is a famous cave in the Black Hills. We took video footage and pictures with Manny in the Cave. Next we visited the Crazy Horse Memorial. Due to weather we decided to head for Denver Colorado, our next destination. On this drive there was a huge thunderstorm. There was a bunch of lightning and heavy rain. We got a lot of video footage of this. We decided to stop in the small town of Wheatland in Wyoming. Here we stayed at a very sketchy Motel called Vimbo’s. We took video footage of the room. We got a two room suite for $60. The furniture was about 40 years old, windows and locks were broken and there were some questionable characters around the establishment. Good times.
